Equipment Components

The PVC Foam Board Extrusion Machine is a continuous production system consisting of a twin-screw extruder, a vacuum shaping system, and a traction and cutting unit. The core system utilizes a special alloy screw and barrel combination, coupled with a multi-channel crusting die to achieve controlled micro-cellular foaming. Production Process

1. Raw Material Pretreatment

PVC resin and activated calcium powder are mixed at high speed to form a homogeneous masterbatch. Additives are precisely metered using a loss-in-weight scale. The mixing temperature is strictly controlled below the activation threshold of the heat sensitizer.

2. Extrusion and Shaping Stage

The twin-stage screw achieves controlled plasticization and foaming separation, maintaining a constant die channel pressure. The vacuum adsorption system creates a slightly positive pressure crust layer, and the cooling water temperature is adjusted according to the board thickness gradient.

3. Finished Product Processing

An online thickness gauge provides real-time feedback to adjust the hauling speed, and the flying saw cutting system is equipped with a dust recovery device. Board edges are automatically ground and chamfered, and the stacking robot stacks according to a preset pattern.

Maintenance Precautions

1. The screw and barrel must be cleaned regularly to prevent material residue.

2. The vacuum shaping system must be kept unobstructed, and the hauling machine's clamping force must be adjusted appropriately.

3. The cutting machine's blades must be sharp to ensure a smooth cut.

4. The electrical control system should be kept dry and clean, and all lubrication points must be lubricated regularly.

5. During equipment operation, the motor load must be carefully monitored to detect any abnormalities.
