1. Raw Material Pretreatment

The twin-stage screw achieves controlled plasticization and foaming separation, maintaining a constant die channel pressure. The vacuum adsorption system creates a slightly positive pressure crust layer, and the cooling water temperature is adjusted according to the board thickness gradient.
3. Finished Product Processing
An online thickness gauge provides real-time feedback to adjust the hauling speed, and the flying saw cutting system is equipped with a dust recovery device. Board edges are automatically ground and chamfered, and the stacking robot stacks according to a preset pattern.
